Seattle City-Wide Pools Renovation

As the structural engineer on the design team in collaboration with NG Jacobson & Associates and S.M. Stemper architects, we provided the preliminary design study and permit design for the renovation and upgrade of (6) existing pool facilities in the City of Seattle. The initial study took place in 2016 and included seismic evaluations following the standards of ASCE 41-13. The information attained from this study was used to assist Seattle Parks & Recreation in determining a budget estimate for the planned improvements. With NG Jacobson & Associations, permit design documents for select pool and building renovations were developed and submitted for permit in 2017.
