Seattle Waldorf School Farmhaus 

 

The renovation of this existing two-story structure for use as a private school was designated a Substantial Alteration by the City of Seattle. ROICH Structural provided a seismic evaluation and upgrade design following the standards of ASCE 41-13 for a Life Safety performance objective.
